How expensive are the apts gonna be ?

It sounds dismissive but it really depends. As a general rule the bigger the apts are the more expensive they'll be . And you are going to be limited by lot space if you're urban. If you want chic state of the art micro apts with custom furniture that might cost just as much as a bigger apt. But if someone has a pet / kid maybe they need that extra bit of space and are willing to pay for it.

For apts the cheapest build will always be a studio with one large window or balcony. If yall are on a super budget you can get away with that maybe. But if people have non adults , a studio can be a tricky sell.

Most likely people will want at l east 1 bedroom of some kind so their can be some some mental and d physical separation between eating ,working and chilling . The common house will provide ALOT of extra room but there are solo activities you want people to feel comfortable doing . Smaller apts can work with creative design if you work with your cohousing consultant and architect but it'll be Alot of work .

Again just assume market rate for your area until otherwise indicated by professionals
