It is VERY nice to have experience. Ngl. Especially if the intentional community was Cohousing.

They can more easily adapt to the cohousing communication style and they will already understand connection requires work to become effortless. Depending on what type of community , you do have to make it clear that 99.99 % of time there is no work for stay option in cohousing .
