Tiny homes

Im a big fan of them. I think Alot of families can do just fine in them for a an extended amount of years . I'm thinking of 2 parents and 2 kids. There are people that raise kids in apts so a tiny home is probably ok ish amount of space. The tiny home would have to have at least 2 bedrooms 1 to accommodate mom/ dad and 1 for the 2 kids . If you really want to ensure longevity up to 30 years you can get a 3 bedroom tiny home. That would support a master suite , kids play room , and kids sleeping room setup. Which could then be converted to a mom/ dad room , kid 1 room and a kid 2 room up until adult hood . Which could then be converted to a mom / dad room , kid 1 room which could double as a guest room when they are away and same for kid 2 room. Then when you have empty nest for awhile you have 2 extra rooms to play around with for different setups. Maybe kid 1 gets married and wants to move back in for a bit so you give them 2 rooms for awhile. But also smaller houses give people more leeway to upgrade if they do choose later down the line.

Also remember that your common house design should be made with a bit of modularity.

Maybe the baby room turns into the instrument practice room . Maybe 5 babies pop out in one year and the lounge if the common house gets converted into a day care . Stuff like that.

Space for just stuff can also be accommodated for and some things can be shared.

Stuff like that

Until next time 😎
