What should you have built into your building walls ?

Very very little

id almost go against installing a stove in the counters so you can upgrade it easier. ( Exaggeration but you get what I mean ) Its possible to have the perfect speaker setup with the perfect TV specs done right the first time but more often than not you'll end needing a replacement or wanting an upgrade and it's more limiting to have stuff built-in to the walls

This also goes for the private homes as well because you can streamline the construction process by making everything as open and uniform as possible to allow for the most customization with flex walls and / or furniture in the future.

Movie theater room is tough but id go with shelving, mounts and different furniture setups over a built in speaker and TV. And for the bathrooms im a big fan of built in fans but it's technically possible to add an external fan to the window if you want to save a few thousand bucks .

These are a bit extreme and maybe it'll only save you a couple thousand as a group but the idea of getting things after the fact instead of built in directly can help save a ton of money and headache if you keep it in mind for the entire building.

Until next time 😎
